Leadership & Performance Coaching I ACT at Brown University / ACC Candidate I Harvard I McGill

Resilient careers are built to adapt.

Strategic coaching for a shifting landscape.

How do you build towards your goals when the landscape is changing in real time?

Leadership has always required a steady hand, but right now it requires something more, the ability to think clearly, adapt quickly, and lead with conviction when everything around you is in motion.

My clients are individuals and leaders who are navigating change, pressure, and uncertainty, and want to do it with more clarity, range, and confidence.

Sustaining a successful career in one of the most demanding industries there is required me to develop tools for resilience: How to stay present under pressure; How to adapt when the situation changes without warning; How to pivot into opportunities in a changing world; How to merge strengths with the moment.

My coaching practice is grounded in both academic rigor and hard-won professional experience.

I hold a BA from McGill University, a graduate degree from Harvard University, and my coach training is through ACT Leadership at Brown University's School of Professional Studies ,an accredited program recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

That foundation is matched by thirty years of experience as an actor, writer, director, producer, and business owner. I understand what it means to perform at the highest level, lead creative teams, build businesses, sustain excellence under pressure and I bring all of it into every coaching engagement.

What I offer my clients is the space to be present and build awareness of what is actually in front of them. From there we build a practice that holds under pressure, and the strength to stay oriented and creative even when the landscape shifts beneath them.

FAQ’s

  • Coaching is a structured, confidential partnership focused on your agenda. We work together to surface what's getting in your way, expand what feels possible, and move you toward the outcomes you define. You bring the topic, together we find the path.

  • Coaching is present-future focused and action oriented. Unlike therapy, we are not working through your past, we're looking at where you want to go and what's currently in the way. If something comes up that would be better served by a therapist, I’ll be sure to let you know.

  • This work is designed to support team leaders. You have access to your vision, but how do you keep your team inspired and on task? Through coaching we will explore your leadership strengths and identify ways you may be limiting not only your potential but that of your team and by extension, your project.

  • You are the leader of your life’s work. Coaching is the support system you give yourself to stay in a creative mindset and moving forward, especially when your inner critic undermines your ideas. Together we will identify those obstacles and build new mindsets to keep you on your path or identify new ones.

  • The initial commitment is six sessions. This gives us enough time to establish a relationship, really unpack the topics and build a practice and awareness that you can access. Many clients continue beyond the initial six but it’s a great place to start.

  • That's exactly what the initial consultation is for. I'll learn more about you and what you're looking for, explain the process, and we can decide together if coaching is a fit for your needs.
